Secure sealing for freeze-drying applications
Micronic TPE Lyo Caps-96 are designed for efficient sealing of 96-well format sample storage tubes. Developed specifically for lyophilisation workflows, these caps feature a vented design that allows moisture vapor to escape during freeze-drying while maintaining a secure seal to protect sample integrity.
The Capcluster-96 format enables simultaneous capping of an entire 96-well rack in a single action, improving workflow efficiency and reducing hands-on time. After application, the retaining foil can be removed so that each tube remains individually sealed, making them suitable for storage, transport, and automated handling.
These Lyo Caps are compatible with Micronic screw cap tubes en push cap tubes with internal thread in 0.50 mL, 0.75 mL, 1.10 mL, 1.40 mL, and 2.00 mL formats.
